Is Kyler Murray really going to a team that took a quarterback in the first round a year ago? This argument can continue. The good news is we’re a month and a day away from the NFL draft where these debates can finally be put to rest. Today’s mock draft comes from none other than SI.com where Conor Orr does his first draft of the season. So the league fined him for something he surely wouldn’t have been fined for if he’d never landed on the league’s radar screen for a potential violation of the Personal Conduct Policy that the league ultimately concluded wasn’t a violation at all.Still, don’t feel bad for Foster.
